 CONNECT TO THE WEBSITE

All participants must first register on the website in order to be able to validate their participation to the conference, to submit an abstract (optional), and to access the secured online payment site.

Go to the “Register” page. Click on “I don’t have an account”. Fill in the registration form and then choose a login and a password. At this stage of the procedure you can either decide to submit an abstract or leave it for later. Please keep your login and password secured.

 REGISTER TO THE CONFERENCE

Go to the “register” page. Click on “I already have an account”. Once the registration form pops up, you can start filling it in.

Each registration will be checked and validated manually by the SGF staff.
    - Registration to the conference
      Your pre-registration will be validated and you’ll receive a payment request by email.

 FINAL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Go to the "payment" page. Visit the "registration" link to have access to the payment form.

    - Online payment using a credit card
    - Payment by bank transfer
    - Payment by administrative orders (for French administrations)

You’ll receive a confirmation of your registration.
