Information for your presentation

French and English are the two official languages of the congress.

No recording or photography of the presentation is allowed without the author acceptation.

Oral presentation

Each oral presentation will last 15 minutes. Speakers are invited to respect the allotted speaking time. Discussions will take place during the workshops.

Exclusive presentation formats are PPT or PDF. Diapositive format is 4:3.

Nevertheless, if you need specific software, please bring your computer and consider the time connection (included in your speaking time). Mac users, please take your adapter.

Please follow the below example for presentation name file:

Day_Author-Name_Hour

Example: 16__Vandecoppenolle_10h15

The presentation should be installed on the PC during each previous coffe-break session. It is your responsibility that the presentation proceeds smoothly.
